Transition to Blended Online Learning 

Intending to prevent the academic year loss for students, IBS has transitioned to blended, online learning and transformed its teaching, learning and assessment into a thoughtful blend of synchronous and asynchronous modes of learning. IBS, a pioneer in technology-enabled learning, introduced Quicforce, its Learning Management System (LMS), based on “Moodle”. This advantage helped IBS make a rapid and smooth transition to blended online learning and added significant advantages to faculty and students during this pandemic period. Since all faculty members are well versed with Quicforce, the transition to Blended Online learning has been smooth at IBS.IBS is delivering the program through live sessions in an interactive mode.Post-live sessions,learning reflections are accessed by formative assessments through LMS-enabled mode for around 6000+ students. LMS mobile app helps students to receive notifications and alerts.Besides, physical textbooks are provided to the students at their door-steps. Examinations and evaluations are being conducted through Quicforce platform with no compromise on the IBS standards. Emphasis on Student-centered Learning to ensure student-centered learning,IBS uses learning outcomes, which focuses on explicit and detailed statements of what students learn and develop in themselves. IBS uses these rubrics to assess the learning.
